BEU Global is a transformative program dedicated to equality for girls and women worldwide. Our mission is to identify and overcome barriers like deep-rooted jealousy, bullying, fear, low self-esteem, anger, bitterness, and competition. These challenges can hinder personal growth and harm families, friendships, marriages, communities, and career paths both locally and globally. By addressing these issues, BEU fosters positive change and inspires girls and women of all ages, creating a ripple effect of positive change and transformation across the globe.

Throughout our programs and events, we examine the challenges girls and women encounter from childhood to adulthood that promote competition and bullying. By identifying, addressing, and transforming these mindsets and behaviors, we can empower young girls and women to change the way they interact, ultimately changing relationships, families, communities, and the workforce. Emphasizing a unified mentality, we underscore that women are stronger when united rather than in competition and conflict.
